This blog is simple compared to websites like Net-A-Porter. They don't have secure online payment and they don't accept returns. The bags like Louis Vuitton are second hand because they have been bought elsewhere.

I recommend to authenticate the bags here before buying, and do not buy if they can't provide the pics needed for the authentication.

I would rather buy from big websites like Net-A-Porter though.

I don't recommend paying with bank transfer because there's no customer protection. It's up to the store if they want to refund when something goes wrong.
