Distinguished Ladies:

I do not have the best bags. My best was a pre-loved Gucci Hobo. I loved it, but sold it. Due to limited budget and "great taste" I am constantly in search for my handbag "be all end all." I found this Ralph Lauren Bag and I realize other designers are more desirable and more chic but I am in search of what melts my heart...not everyone else's.

So please tell me about this bag. I happen to prefer Ralph Lauren because he just appeals to me! What style is this bag, when was it made, any idea of the value? I just LOVE IT but I would greatly appreciate your opinions! FYI: the size of this bag is oversized: 14x10x5. Very, very roomy and I was told Genuine Alligator. The interior is lined with buttery soft leather soiled from use, but gorgeous. Need more photos? I can send tons but I would love some information. PLEASE HELP!

I am first trying to see if this is authentic which I think it is but then I am trying to find out if it’s the Ricky bag or not because I cannot find one like this anywhere online!

I was just wondering if anyone knew if this Ralph Lauren bag was authenticate and if it is a Ricky. I can’t find any other like it online anywhere. It feels and smells genuine. The stitching is perfect except for in the inside corners. It looks vintage to me.

I had one and yes it is authentic. Mine was purchased at New York fashion week at Ralph Lauren. They do not all have serial number tags . Some dept stores do but not all.

Hi all! I know next to nothing about purses, especially designer ones. I now have this R.L. bag and I tried googling it but I can't seem to find if it's legit or not. And if it is real, is there a way to determine what "model" it is? Any one have any ideas? Thanks and happy holidays!
