Comment: what is the name of this bag? What year of model?

Edit: Oops! Wrong seller. I was thinking it was that crook Mr. Bigglezworth.

I'm not sure about this bag. I saw it earlier. It came out around 2005, I think. Maybe earlier than that. It looks like it could be authentic, but the photos aren't clear.

Of course we are all glad to have more expertise on this forum. However there were a few hardy souls who managed to keep things going (to the best of our knowledge and ability). At least the obvious fakes were outed and when there was real doubt and difficulty PP did chime in to assist.

Hats off to you too, MissFiggy. :dothewave: :dothewave: :dothewave:

I haven't had a change of heart re: why I stopped in November. I'm only back because I'm bored..... :sleepy:

Prada Psycho I posted about the Prada bag
earlier and you said it was fake...
how can you tell sir?

First, I'm a Madame. :queen:

Second: I know my stuff when it comes to Prada.

And buying and selling in two months is a common practice??

Absolutely! Especially here on tPF. The women on this forum, including me, buy and sell bags like most people buy/sell stock on the NASDAQ.

This really cracked me up  How true it is! And we know these bags as well as stock tracders know their stocks. lol. And those that don't trade so often, many are what you'd call, market watchers. lol.

Really...But if it was fake why wasn't it removed?? I understand you know your bags but I saw a similiar bag on bluefly in brown
so it made me think this was authentic.
So is there anychance it could be authentic I really wanted the bag!
I'm sorry I said sir LOL I'm used to dealing with male sale people I guess.

No chance at all that it's authentic. The counterfeiters are unfortunately, quite skilled at their "trade" and are getting better at it ever year.

There are times when I've had to get a bag out of my armoire, set it in my lap and literally compare detail for detail to make a call on authenticity.

There's no policing around ebay unless people like us report it. Even then, it might not be removed.
That's why it's called a replica my dear...similar fake bags. how else can they con people into buying them!

And also before bidding, did you ask the seller any questions? Like the cards, receipts and if you can get more pictures? If anything, this seller has only 2 feedbacks so even if the bag was real, you gotta be careful with a new seller.
