This was sent to me after I'd already received notice from the seller that item was mailed. I contacted the seller and she apparently had some issues with some of her listings. I didn't think much of it as I've had similar issues in the past myself when selling some of my bags if not worded properly with disclaimers and such, but... I thought I'd get your opinion on it. OK. If you haven't already then you need to post this over on the eBay forum and get some advice from the knowledgeable ladies there about what you need to do about opening a claim to get your money back. eBay obviously received a report about this seller and/or item so that is in your favour. You need to get some expert advice about your rights to refund and those ladies are your best bet. GOOD LUCK!

right or wrong bags from the Phillipines always get me nervous. This appears to have all the hallmarks of a real bag BUT the pics are distorted. Ask seller for clear, straight, close, front on pics of everything they've already provided in the listing. If they don't then walk away.

Pics are rubbish (see post #1 for what is needed). Be mindful that a lot of nylon bags are fakes. Your choice whether to proceed.
