The color is Noce and it is one of my favorites. If you look in the thread "Show Us Your Gauffres, Gals", page 21, post 307, I posted pictures of my guaffres and I have two in the color Noce. I also have a dark green one with the darker colors on the seams. I wish they would do it again. It was my favorite gauffre coloration.
