I'm 99.9999999999999% certain that these bags are both fakes. The seller has a mixture of stock photos of an authentic bag and some very poor quality photos of the bag they have for sale. The story sounds fishy, the seller has never sold high end designer previously, the photos of the actual bags display - as far as I can see - hallmarks that they are fakes. I wouldn't touch either of these with a 40ft barge pole.

Thats a dead set lie! Im appaled at this! They are damn well real.. Yes I used stock photos only beacuse the only camera I have is on my Iphone and they dont show up very well... If you look at the picture I DID take they are real.. The cards are REAL...

And your right Ive NEVER sold high end bags before (but the person I did buy them off does and is a power seller) Ive never had any to sell...

Tell me what you want pictures of and Ill send you some through, as best I can and Im going to want a massive apology... what a bloody witch hunt!

I thought that they were a birthday present from your husband!!! If you bought them (the wrong ones!!) why didn't you just save the money and buy what you wanted???

Buying from a powerseller is NO GUARANTEE of authenticity. Powersellers sell just as many counterfeits as anyone else - more probably, because they have more listings and more customers.

The OPINIONS expressed here are just that - OPINIONS!!!!!

And my OPINION is expressed above.

Yes the were a Birthday present from my husband.. HE bought them off MY friend who sells bags (not just on Ebay btw) for MY birthday. He used MY account because he dosnt have one and the listing was done specifically FOR HIM!

You havnt listed any reasons as to WHY you think the BAGS are fake... Just you dont like my listing because of stock pictures, photo quality and the fact I havnt sold any bags before.. They arnt based on THE bags, just what you dont like about the listing. Sure it may be a poor listing but the bags are REAL! As for my story... again not relevant to the actual bags.... sure its unusual but such is life sometimes

Like I said Im happy to send you pictures now of ANY part of the bags you want to look at and then make a decision... But dont lynch me (and cause me all these issues) when you havnt judged the bags, just the listings, thats not fair at all!

He bought them on my account as a suprise.. Id told him I wanted the Nappa (not the buckle on tough, just the front attathed one) and the bag like the drawstring (but the drawstring is last seasons version) and he did the best he could... I didnt say anything for awhile cause I didnt want to hurt his feelings.... Its alot of money to just 'save'... I thought Id try and recoup some money on the bags I wasnt using, nothing wrong with that...

I dont understand why your all so DESPERATE to prove me a liar.. Its really not fair!

You've had an LV removed from ebay for being fake and you've been carrying on in the LV forum also. Go away.

Too much chatter about these listings already, so I'll sum it up in a word:

FAKE

So - you bought them, your husband bought them - whatever.

The bags show hallmarks of being fake. Maybe your issue should be with the "friend" who sold you these bags.

Look thats really rude.. I dont mean to be a bother.. Im ok with the LV, like I said I didnt know either way... So such is life...

Im mad that my ENTIRE ebay history has been put on a forum and brought into question and Im having to go through my purchases one by one.. even when Im not selling..

But this Prada isssue is a biggie cause my husband paid ALOT of money... If they are fake then I would like to know so I can get my money back (friend or not) but Im going to need to you to tell me why (based on the pictures) that youve said they are fake... Like I said I dont mean to be annoying... You all say fake.. But dont tell me on what grounds.. You wont even go as far as looking at better pictures.. Considering how people come on here and your opinions are valued its unfair to jsut say fake and have no basis other than the listing dosnt sit well with you...

It's really got very little to do with the listing not sitting well. It's a combination of everything that we use to determine authenticity. Your photos, bad as they were, showed me hallmarks that the bags were fakes. Some things stick out like the proverbial dogs' balls!!!! PP obviously saw the same - poor eyesight notwithstanding!!!!! (Good morning PP!!)

And THAT is why the seller is "away" and "can't" provide any more photos! :graucho:

Thank you so much - poor winner who paid £303 :shucks:

You mind giving me one useable example at least please??? As funny as quoting what you said would be I don't think my friend will put much stock in it...

I'm very surprised (and mad!!!)... Is there somewhere you can suggest I can get a proper authentication done??

Dear ladies, somebody please take a look at my post 4929 on page 329, I either need to ship the item back or relax & keep it, thank you for your help;)

I just can't make up my mind about this one. Post a good section of the lining, close up. There's some things about the pics you posted and in the listing that just aren't sitting right with me.
