These are generally always going to be fakes. I've only seen a few authentic ones like this in all the years I've been authenticating. Better to go with a different style.

No idea. The are too easy to fake and too hard to authenticate.

It depends on the style, actually. The plainer the style, the easier it is to fake and look authentic. The more complicated (take Gaufre style for example), the harder to counterfeit, thus easier to authenticate (when you know what to look for, that is).
