^^ I paid, and thought I'd send additional photos once I get the bag just to be sure. Could you tell me now what other pictures you require so that I don't have to dig up an ancient post once I receive the bag (I'll be in Europe for another couple of weeks)?

Thanks; I realize now bidding without first talking to you was a stupid idea. I just got carried away... :shame:

All the logo markings, the luggage tag and several angles of the lining. Also if you get the cards, front & back pics of the cards.

Simply put: THEY LIE!

Ok, so how do they advertise 100% authentic, I agree with you I do not think they are either. I ordered one and received it yesterday and now am trying to return it and they only want to exchange!!

By the by, if they give you any problems with a full refund, let them know you will call the police and federal agency that deals with counterfeiters.

Don't just threaten it: DO IT! The eBay subforum here has all the contact information you need to do just this.

Do they have to return the bag? Is that not illegal?? I know this sounds like I do not have a clue, I just found this website today so I am not very savvy to all of this as you can tell! and I need some help!! please any advice would be much appreciated!!

I've been through this and IC3 is one of many agencies you should report this too, although they will not be able to specifically help you with your problem. You need to write to your State Attorney General's office and give them all the information. Most state's have a website link that will give you the proper form to fill out. And most importantly you need to contact your credit card company and tell them immediately what has happened. They should technically take that charge off your credit card. I went through this with American Express and they resisted at first but when the NY State Attorney General's office got involved and sent them a letter on my behalf, they promptly refunded the money to my credit card and asked me to send them the counterfeit handbags. They actually have a division that investigates this very thing.

You should also file a report with your local police department. It's important that they have it on file and it protects and validates your issue with the other agencies you'll be contacting.

Good luck!
