Hi all..need help with this one I already purchased! Thanks

Item: Auth. PRADA Red Nylon/Leather VELA SPORT Backpack.
Listing number: 160447334941
Seller: yteaq84
Link: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...#ht_5254wt_913

Can't tell for sure without closeups of the logo tags and better pics of the lining. It's possible this may be authentic though. I've never seen a fake red nylon backpack before, though there is always a first time. When you get it, post some detail pics here and we'll have a look.

I found this thread very interesting, first I posted the link and was been told NOT enough to tell, I went ahead purchased it because of evilbay buyer protection and seller do offer return (I have been looking for the perfect gauffre which off course hoping this will be THE ONE), so I took my own pictures when I received the bag thought will make it easier for authentication, however for some "particular" unknown to me reason, my thread wasn't being "entertain" or "pick" which is totally FINE except I found it annoying & intersting in the other hand. again I DO AWARE THIS FORUM HOLD NO RESPONSIBLE AND NOT ALL QUESTIONS WILL BE ANSWER, maybe the origin of the authentication purpose are missing somewhere here like helping another TPFER purses lover out? JMHO

First, do not lecture on this thread. Second, authenticators are in no way, shape or form obligated to address every post here. Third, you did not follow the authentication request format or someone would have addressed it. You only posted photos, nothing else. The only details you posted were on two completely different bags and that request was addressed.

From a personal POV: check your attitude.

No, and here's my canned sermon as to why.

We are constantly asked on this thread how we can tell a bag (or whatever) is fake, what details give it away. We don't answer those questions because among other things, we don't like giving scammers tips on how to improve their trash.

I do this by choice, so I don't mean to sound like I'm complaining, but just on one clutch alone, I had to research multiple online sites, save photos on my computer so I can set them side by side and closely examine even the most minute detail. It's time consuming and it's not easy, folks!!!

I also am a Prada collector, though I will often go to Prada boutiques for the specific purpose to very closely examine the bags for each new season. I need to do that to look for details on authentic bags so I can bring it back here and hopefully provide accurate authentications.

Some items only take a glance, but more and more it's a fine art to discriminate fake from authentic.

This is why I say over and over that shopping on eBay or online shops other than reputable retailers is not for the uninitiated."

Thought I would save PP the trouble of posting this again.

Arrrgh! I admit that I did it during a low moment whilst traveling between cities!
I blearily looked at an eBay item and clicked BIN.
Now that I'm back home and rested, I have second thoughts as to the authenticity of the BIN Prada handbag!

Please (after the fact :shame:) authenticate the following:

Can you get some better pics of the lining? I can't see what I'm looking for in your pics.
