First one is 100% fake.

Second one looks like a bait and switch operation. The (stolen?) stock photos used in the listing are all of a different style bag but the bottom photo, which the seller says is of the ACTUAL bag, looks highly suspect. I wouldn't touch this one with a 10 foot barge pole.
