Authenticate This Pierre Cardin

Hey ladies. I just found this bag at a antique store. No idea if it's real or not. The outside is red leather and the inside is like a cloth interior with "piere Cardin, Paris" written in it. Leather seems to be nice as well as the stitching but who knows. Any idea if this is authentic?

I'm on my phone so I cant post pics but I will when I get home. It's 25$ so I'll probably buy it regardless but I am curious! Thanks!

I found this Pierre Cardin handbag when my soon to be ex-neighbor offered to give me a bunch of her things. The handbag is in near new condition. I would like to sell it somewhere like Nextdoor.com as my husband and I are severely struggling as a result of the economy. My husband is self employed as a fitness trainer, an industry that has wained steadily ever since the mortgage crisis of 2008. I myself underwent major brain surgery several years ago and contracted pneumococcal bacterial meningitis as a result. I nearly died, spent weeks relearning how to walk, talk, read, write, and well, I still haven't exactly mastered how to navigate social appropriateness, what is too much information, how to explain myself so I make myself, etc.
Here are a couple of pictures of this Pierre Cardin handbag. Does anyone know how much it might be worth or how much I might be able to sell it for.
