See the link below for examples of the photos needed and the format they should be in (e.g. clear, close up, forward-facing, right way up, no bends in tags). Please include all of these in your request.

When adding additional details, please post as stated in #1 of this thread, in particular para 6. The most important photo is missing which is the made in label, it will be located inside the interior pocket.

It says "Made in England" on one side, and "RA4" on the other.
