See the link below for examples of the photos needed and the format they should be in (e.g. clear, close up, forward-facing, right way up, no bends in tags). Please include all of these in your request.

Your post needs to be made in accordance with post #1 of this thread and must include a working link to a publicly viewable website/listing. If that is not available, you can use the services of a formal authenticator such as Authenticate4u.
