Sorry, can you take a photo of the dustbag too, laying flat and if it came with a barcode tag, both sides please.

there we go - would barcode tag be on the dustbag ? there is no tag on it - there is another tag in the actual bag which says made in Turkey and AU on other side.....

seslegal - The barcode tag would be a separate cardboard tag, often with a black tie string. It didn't state it was included in the auction listing, but I wondered if it was. I have to say my overall thoughts are that I am not keen on this one; I think it may be a very good replica. It has a couple of issues that a genuine roxanne would not have, and I have never seen (and I have seen a lot of roxannes, trust me! lol). What do you think Kris, do you agree?

if it is a replica - then hope not to make same mistake twice

We don't disclose exact reasons on here, as replica makers are known to watch these boards, and we don't want to assist them in refining their goods. However, I will say it has hardware and interior label issues primarily.

Hello, I really want to have a new bag. I found a nice black mabel. Though the seller refuses to make close-up detailed photo's. As in, she don't have the time. She claims that the bag is a gift. And tomorrow she goes on a holiday. She lives nearby, so she said that I could come over to see the bag. But I don't really have the expertise to look at it and see for myself if the bag is real. It all sounds a bit fishy. So I don't want to take the risk of buying under such a short notice and a bit under pressure because the seller is going on a holiday.
I only have this foto:

It's not a clear photo, but perhaps someone can see if the bag is real or not. What do you think I should do?
TIA

edit: I think it's fake? Because the belt buckle is not in the middle of the strip with the zippers..? Am I correct?

The magnetic fastener is supposed to be located below the zippers, but I think you're right about it being a fake for a couple of other reasons :smile1:
