The cloche looks good. The newer padlocks looks different, but it would surprise me if the bag and cloche is good and the lock not. Maybee some one can fill in regarding the lock.
I am inclined to think this one is ok....are you concerned about the missing little hole in the padlock? Please see post 1400.
