It stands for Imperfect and given the location of the seller, I would imagine either they or a family member/friend is or has been a staff member. On the main thread page, there is quite a long thread entitled Mulberry Cut-Through Labels that you might want to read.

IMP falls under the same category as SUB (when stamped on the label) and cut-through labels.

I know this is unrelated to this thread but is there a place to report sellers on ebay to avoid? I recently bought a mulberry on ebay which was fake (eventhough it said came with receipt of purchase), the seller agreed to refund on receipt of the bag but then has gone back on her words. I am now £570 short and would like someone else to avoid this unfortunate mistake as I see she lists bags to sell from time to time. As I bought this after the listing has ended, I was not able to leave a feedback on ebay to warn others.

There is a thread to report fakes, but that is for listings that are current. There may be a thread to report sellers on the ebay section of the forum, but I'm not sure. If you paid by credit card or by paypal, even if you didn't compete the transaction via ebay, you can still make a claim. Otherwise, you may need to pursue the seller through the Small Claims Court with the assistance of Fakespotters or Authenticate4u who can provide suitable authentication evidence.

Not able to get a clear view of interior label, but can't see anything wrong.
