No, the tooled was made without lining. The checked lining stopped before any of the 'newer' models such as bayswater and roxanne were made in 2004.

Thanks Jazzy; I saw one, that appears to be a real one, in spite of the checked lining, so I was wondering. Never saw a fake tooled with the lining too (looks like a lot more work for the maker of the fake ones).
I liked it a lot, though.
Will post a couple of pictures that I made with my phone later - have to find out how to get them off my Galaxy to my MacBook. So much for compatibility
