Hi - not sure this is the right place to post this -- I saw a Bayswater I was interested in and looked back in the posts to see if someone had already asked about it -- they had (post #1660) -- I noticed that there is an imprint of a letter (an "I", "T"?) in the lower right hand corner of the Mulberry label. Is that okay? I saw another thread on TPF from 2007 that was asking about the "T" as well but it doesn't seem like there was ever an answer. Thoughts? (Or redirection, if I'm in the wrong place?) Thanks.

On earlier models there is often a letter embossed in the label. I believe it's done by the craftsperson that is finishing the bag.

I won this Black Alexa oversize on ebay. Please advise --- did i just won myself a fake? Someone brought to my attention the rosegold hardware and the leather -- I called mulberry boutique here and they too confirmed that there is NO rosegold hardware on black -- -only on the nude plonge leather..

The seller is insisting on its authenticity but not able to produce a receipt as it was a gift. She has refused to refund the purchase..
