maria.n - If you are referring to the blue alexa, then Kris is correct, if is definitely fake. We don't go into the reasons here as we don't want to help the replica makers to make their cheap tat any better, but it has a number of issues generally found on counterfeit alexas. If the seller is not prepared to refund you, then contact Fakespotters who will be able (for a fee) to provide you with the assistance you need to recover your funds.

Cacau - Regarding the black bayswater you listed with the black stamping on the interior label, that is consistent with the stamping found on special purchases. Whilst I see that this seller has sold a fake east west, I actually think this bayswater is likely to be genuine and is a special purchase, with feet but without padlock and keys. If there is time before the listing ends, perhaps we could see the Made in label, just to be 100% sure (given the seller's history).

I think it is Shimmy tote - tumbled grain, would need to see clear,close-up pics of interior label/stamp, serial and magnetic fastener, please.

Hi ladies,

I won this Black Alexa oversize on ebay. Please advise --- did i just won myself a fake? Someone brought to my attention the rosegold hardware and the leather -- I called mulberry boutique here and they too confirmed that there is NO rosegold hardware on black -- -only on the nude plonge leather..

The seller is insisting on its authenticity but not able to produce a receipt as it was a gift. She has refused to refund the purchase.. i will have to get this sorted out thru paypal and ebay it seems.

Anyway --- appreciate advise. many thanks!
