So, my mother in law is currently in the midst of having discussion with the seller of this bag. There are couple of warning signs I'm not too keen on: firstly, the highest bidder pulled out, and secondly, the seller says she/he has got paypal log in problems, so paying via paypal wouldn't be an option.

They exchanged a few emails, and now the seller is offering to send the bag before receiving payment, which I'm not sure what to think of.... She/he was saying that if my mother in law was happy about the authenticity she'd then have to make a bank transfer. Can anyone advice? Does this sound a bit fishy to anyone else? The pictures aren't great and I think getting more of them isn't an option at this point.

The seller told me what he/she would accept for it as a 'buy it now' but when someone else offered him/her the sought price, he/she came back to me asking if i was willing to pay more for it. As I had not had it yet authenticated I declined, plus I also thought it was not very nice to agree a price with someone and then go behind their back to see if someone else would pay more for it - I would be gutted if that happened to me. All the same, I lost the sale:-( but would not buy something I cannot be sure is authentic. Thanks guys for checking it out for me.

It looks likely to be fine, but as the interior stamping appears to have worn away, would like to see the made in label and both parts of the front magnetic fastener.
