Hi if anyone could help me authenticate a mulberry bag I'd be extremely grateful. Purchased from eBay, felt very confident about the bag but since it's arrived I have been told by the seller it was purchased from a mulberry outlet in TURKEY! They have sent it in a white dust bag, it has mulberry stamps in all the places it should have as far as I'm aware( on the lock and clips that link the long strap and other expected places) the serial number is 390207 and it's a black bayswater satchel, I looked in my local store at one today but the leather was a different finish, mines smooth and the one on sale was a pebbled leather but I know regular sized bayswaters have come in different finishes. I'd be really pleased of any advice about this.

Best wait for an authenticator, t that's a well known fake number. You will need to post the link to the eBay auction, quote the title ref eg mulberry bag and the sellers name.

Suspect you will need to file a SNAD If deemed fake

Please can you take a look at the below item, it has a receipt displayed within the photos which makes me think it is genuine but I have googled the serial number and this gives information to instigate it could be a replica so thought I'd check it before bidding.

Additional photos to hopefully help. Also the internal pocket zip (the actual part you use to pull the zip open and close) has the mulberry tree symbol stamped on it. Is this normal? Thanks.
