I have recently bought this "mulberry Bayswater", and are VERY suspecious about its authenticy !
Everything seems to be wrong about it:
It dosn't look like real leather, the zipper dosn't look right, the batch with the three on is sitting in the wrong place, and the numbers on behind is black, and not clear like in the "real" one. Furthermore the dustbag seems in the wrong color, and the three isn't in gold.

I have payed for a real one, so I am very sad that I have received a fake one
The Seller will not give me my money back, if I don't have a statement from Mulberry, but I think that it is enough from here? Mulberry in Denmark cannot give me a statement in text..

Help me

I would ask the Mulberry store again, they can only be interested in counterfeit products being seized, and it honestly can't be that hard for the sales assistant to write a two-line note with a store stamp and signature stating that the bag is a fake, they could even do it on a printout of the online or email receipt from Trendsales regarding the sale.

PM me if you need additional help, I speak Danish too :smile1:

When I tookmy bag to the Mulberry store on New Bond Street they said that they can't give any sort of note or print out to verify that the bag is fake or real because they can't say 100% whether a bag is real or not, or something like that.
