Hello ladies, this arrived this morning, got it from Ebay, I'm a bit worried as there is nothing at the back of the zip puller from the inside pocket but I'm not familiar with this model and I'm not an expert either, could you have a look for me please. TIA

Thank you for your help. I know you cannot say why the bag is not genuine as that would help the 'fakers'. However, my friend is going to try and return the bag via ebay and just wondered if there is an obvious fault or something she can refer to in the contact with the seller?
