I am new to the forum so this is my first post--and, if this bag is authentic, it could also be my very first Mulberry, so this is a truly pivotal point in time as I'm sure you all can appreciate... ;) So, here goes:

Yes, it looks fine, and appears to be a special purchase model made specifically for the outlets. I see the seller states it was purchased at Shepton Mallet.

It's a special purchase as this leather type is no longer made, other than for outlet models. Only the latest full price models have clochette, the previous models never had them, other than on the full size bayswaters.
