Hi, this is super late, but yes it is authentic. I know I'm technically not allowed to authenticate, but I authenticate MCM bags/backpacks for sellers and buyers on eBay and know how to spot a fake, even the 1:1 superfake ones that they are now producing.

Looks authentic to me, however it is a vintage style so I'm not sure. It wouldn't be worth much as the resell value of MCM bags are pretty low to begin to with; and with vintage bags in a condition like yours (lining stains) it would be hard to sell it for much. I'm sorry but I hope I could help out!

Do you mean the metal plate at the front ? They have scribbled out the number for some reason, i have asked for a new picture..thank you

The seller says that they can't provide me with a close up photo as it is original and unique... now it makes sense then.

Ok, judging from that picture, I would say it looks authentic. However, pleas post pictures of the bag when you receive it so I can give you a definite answer. It could just be me, but I think that the material of the bag seems extremely sketchy, the grain of real Vistetos is much finer. If it's on eBay, know that you have buyer protection and make sure the seller has good reviews and is reputable. Hope I could be of help!
