That is so weird... C353xxx bags should definitely have serial tags, since serial tags started early 2005(C35xxxx). Maybe they're not checking the right area of the venetia?

In any case, it's definitely a sign. I'm glad you got your MP, post pics when you get her! :love:

I've seen, on the top is where zip is attached to bag ._. anyway, the zip is rounded in both of the sides :D (is not a perfect circle, but is rounded!)

It's so gorgeous, but i'm a bit wary of the front clasp (it looks like the white print on the word 'Jacobs' is flaking, and i'm not sure about the inner nameplate colouring. Also the fact that it's on australian ebay could be a bad sign). I could be making something out of nothing, but I just want to be 100% sure. I so hope it's real, I am in need of a green bag! tia :)

I believe a similar bag popped up on eBay a while back. From what I recall, the Viva La Val bags never had this distresses look to it. The Green shouldbe a solid, overall green color.

As for the other details, I see what you mean by the letters on the front, but perhaps the seller used the bag so much it kind of rubbed off? The other details look good to me, so I would ask the seller and see if the bag has been used heavily.

ETA: upon second glance, the nameplate looks a little weird me. Maybe it's the lighting but the nameplate should be black and white letters highlighting "Marc" and "By Marc Jacobs". I would want to see clearer photos before I bid.
