I've seen a few that look like this on ebay, but some authentic ones on this forum have stitching all the way around, if that makes sense, and they look flatter. Are there two different kinds? Thanks for your help!

Yes there are two... One is a Key Pouch - which will have a YKK zipper on it and then there is the Pouch you posted. I would want to see the zipperhead on this... I have seen these but have not seen the black interior like that... doesn't mean it is wrong but I haven't seen it. Ask the seller for a pic of the underside of the zipper - they can flip that inside out and get a clear pic of it...

Hi Ladies,

I have just got a MJ Soft Zip Clutch in plum (SS08) and was wondering if it is correct that it should have lampo zippers and non monogramed fabric inside?
It has got all other signs of being authentic like leather tag inside with 08 code and the leather feels like it should. it's just that none of my other MJ purses have got Lampo zippers.

I would really appreciate your input.

It would help if you could post pics. :yes: Some z/c have Lampo... Most quilted do in fact. Post your pics or the listing and we can make a better assessment... You are not thinking a bait and switch was done are you??:confused1:

Yes, the soft quilted Zip Clutches from Spring 2008 did use Lampo zippers. The interior was lined in a greyish non-monogrammed fabric. It should have a matching leather serial tag sewn into the interior with an imprint of SS 08. :yes:
