it's the lighting and angle that the pic was taken in. the leg on the 'r' is straight. i took that nameplate photo and adjusted it, and inverted it in photoshop so it's like a photographic negative. it's straight like it should be, and also the leather texture was never something they were able to replicate and this has the correct leather texture, although i think her price is way too high.

LOL...i dont know about that, but it's pretty easy to say 'real' or 'not' if you've owned the bag:yes: should be a good excuse to buy more MJ...:roflmfao: write it off for 'authentification purposes'....:p

Okay folks ... so I'm going to be a sucker and pay 550 for it ... oh well , she claims she's only carried it twice since buying it in '06.

I am still having trouble with this live.com discount thing. I have a live account, i search for something random such as "cheap ipod" or "camera lens" , i go to the ebay link at the top saying "save 25% blah blah", BUT once it directs me to my ebay page there are no "cashback" green banners or anything ... just my normal ebay screen.

Any idea what could be wrong? Thanks :)

IHaveTooMany, try disabling your Norton Internet Security and Anti-Virus when you go to live.com and then eBay. It worked for me because it didn't show up for me either (until I disabled Norton fo 30 minutes or so) Hope it works.
