Comments: I'm not expert on LV but I'm curious about this one.

Concerns:

1. She states it's new, it has a 2015 date code yet the price seems too good to be true. Why not just return to the store?
2. End leaf stamping in pic #2 looks off but it could be the angle and focus
3. What is that black string shown in picture #1 upper right attached to handle and tucked into bag?

Please authenticate this LV Epi Alma Bag please. I listed on Ebay Item #301783775804 and sold last week. This buyer is now requesting a refund stating that she took it to "someone" who said that it was a fake because they LV was not engrave into the leather. It is from June 2003.
I purchased from a authorized LV retailer myself on 7/31/15 on EBay Item#301701158036

I believe this lady cannot be satisfied and beat me up on the price, and is now changing her mind. I think that she was looking for a new model purse for an older model price. The sale was final--I told her to provide me a written letter from her "authenticator"--so I am waiting on that. I have never bought or sold fake and have 100% feedback percentage (over 700+ feedbacks).
