I'm NOT authenticating but just commenting. I think the date code is shown (or attempting to be shown) in picture #5 but it's hard to see because of the nap.

i agree as well... and if you look at the "o" in "vuitton" it is very oblong where as it should be circular.

Thanks for your observation. I honestly figured something was being shown in that picture but I honestly don't see anything and the other bags I've seen have had very clear codes.
