I have emailed the seller and this is the response I got..


If you scroll down , you can double click on 8 pics and see larger images. The date code stamp is very hard to capture, that is the best I can take from date code. I'm a member of mypoupette, so I don't sell fake bags, it is illegal !

So based on this response doesn't look like I am going to get any more pictures. In your opinion are you able to tell based on the pictures that were provided that at least those looked ok? Do you know of this particular seller based on your experience that this is an ok seller?
This is my first time on here authenticating something and I really want this wallet.

I also asked for the female part of the snap and the rivet. She is not willing to send ANY more pics?

My motto is no pics=no buy but this is up to you.

In good faith, I will not give my opinion on a listing where there are insufficient pics.

I also wanted to add that there are lots of opinions being given here with what I would call insufficient photos - missing/too blurry/too angled/too far away.....

To the authenticators who are being careful - THANK YOU

You know, I always have the hardest "what should I do" when it comes sending someone's nasty counterfeit back. Ugh, I know it's illegal but I feel like "well, this sucks but just give it back". I filed a claim about as quick as you can say jack sprat and the seller is being compliant. Will see how it goes. I just went out to the post so...

I think we would need to see clearer/larger photos to confidently authenticate this bag. Clearer, larger straight on of heat stamp (I can't enlarge the one posted), clearer of date code, the whole zipper pull is needed/engraving, interior pocket/zipper pull, buckle, the side leather stitching... please.

Thank you. I will post them as soon as I get home with my camera. The only other bags I have are vintage and the canvas is really pliable/supple. This one is a more structured bag and feels kinda stiff to me but I don't want to accuse the seller of sending a counterfeit with my limited knowledge. Thanks again :)

If I were you I would be asking for the Postage costs to return it since its been deemed a Fake but thats up to you. I see this seller has a history of listing Fakes.:bagslap:
