He bought it on ebay and the seller said she will only take it back if she can have the name of the person that authenticated it and they say it's fake. He paid with paypal so I suppose he can dispute. He only paid 500 si I guess it's true what they say. If it's 2 good to be true...Thank you so much. What should I look for when I try to get another one.

Don't listen to the seller, file a claim with Paypal ASAP.$500 is a lot of money. In future, get it authenticated here before buying.

I'd like to see pics of the zipper pull, the engraving on the lock and the heat stamp on the leaf tab (where it says "Louis Vuitton Paris made in ___").
