Thank you Nyria. Yes, I had won this bag from this new seller a month ago, but 10 minutes after the auction ended I received an email from ebay that the listing was removed, so I could not pay for it. I emailed the seller and she said ebay took it down, because she was a brand new seller and she said she received it as a gift. I'm so glad I did not bid again. I did not realize those were different pictures from different sources. I just saw that she ended the auction early and only sold it for $340.00. Obviously it must be a fake and she nows that. I hope the winner does not pay. Thanks

I just received the epi speedy 25(VI 1923) that i bought from ebay today (got it authenticated by Lee here before i made the purchase-Original post #323). now i just have some questions about some little things from the bag.

1. the lock that came with the epi speedy is different from the one on my mono speedy 25(SD 4017) that i bought from a LV store. on the back of the epi speedy's lock, it says "R LOUIS VUITTON MADE IN FRANCE" all in capital letters. But on my mono speedy, it says "R LOUIS VUITTON PARIS made in France". Is this okay?

2. is the inside pocket of the epi speedy supposed to look like this(see pic attached)? because the one LV shows on its website is not, it has 2 flat pockets.

3. the date code on the epi is on the right tab while the date code on my mono speedy is on the left. is this alright?

lastly, does VI 1923 mean made in France in December 1993 ?

Sorry for all the questions, but i just really need to make sure the epi speedy is authentic since its my 1st LV purchase from ebay!

1-It's OK.
2-Older Epi Speedy do not have lining and it has a patch pocket only.
3-Date code can be on either side. Made in France Dec 1993.

Can you please post clearer pics again?
