Heatstamp is anywhere it says 'Louis Vuitton made in..."
The datecode for the keepall I think is on one of the leather pieces on the inside.

Nothing scream fake but could do with a straight-on closer clearer pic of the screws

I did compare the screws with the koala wallet Nyria authenticated for me and they are very much identical. I could post another pic of the scews but I think your reply above is already enough assurance for me that it's authentic.
