Hi Jenny - I remember that one already having been looked at and I believe it was found to be fake - do a search of this thread using the Seller's name and the post and answer should come up for you - good luck - cheers :D

can someone in here kindly help me with this , my friend told me that the real LV have its ID number somewhere in the purse ,but on my 2 LV purse ,i can not find any ID number ,I bought them at saks fift and LV store in Houston .

Hi there and welcome aboard :) - I think what you are referring to as the ID number is called the Datecode and usually these are a combination of letters & numbers found either on a tag or imprinted into the lining along a seam or inside pocket of a bag or wallet etc. It may read something like "CA1037" or "MI1020" - If you bought your LV items at an LV store they are likely to have a datecode somewhere inside the bag, sometimes they are hard to locate, so don't panic if you have trouble finding it. Check along the inside seams of the bag and interior pockets, you should find either a small leather/vachetta tag stitched into the lining, or just the heat imprint of the code along a seam in the pocket. Good luck with your hunting for them, I'm sure you'll have success - you can always take them into your LV store and ask a Sales assistant to help you locate the datecodes in your items - all the best :D

hi there, hoping this can be authenticated - thanks :)

Need pics of heat stamp, handle patch and rivet, zipper pull and rivet, both sides of lock, interior pocket stitching (ends), square of trademarked canvas, better pic of date code

Ugh, I asked the seller for that stuff and she sent me 2-3 really fuzzy tiny pics. I'll take that as a bad sign and stay away :( Thanks, Addy!
