I got the bag and it looks authentic to me when i compared it to my other LV damier. My camera does not work :) so can't post any pictures yet.
My question however is the alcantra lining of my purse is dark orange like the the leather lining of the the flap. I noticed that the other bags on eBay have a brown leather lining on the flap for the damier tango in 2002 and 2003. So did LV change the backside of the flap of 2004 to a more orangy leather lining matching with the alcantra lining? The datecode of my bag is LM 0044.

really :confused1::confused1: i thought that was fake for sure. i have had several of that style speedy in the past and i think i was told by a few on this forum that they were fake. that is super interesting.

thanks for the reply addy. i've been running around with a bunch of bags that arent very fun (tig, nine west, guess etc) ;)

It's been authenticated here already, page 115. I was advised to post pictures of the heat stamp and LV damier squares for additional proof but my camera does not work. I however think it is real. My only question is the lining of the flap is orang-red color and not brown like the damier tango of 2002 and 2003. Mine is 04, so i wonder if LV changed the lining color from brown to orange-red color. Anyway, here it is. Thanks.
