Hey Experts...a general question I probably already know the answer to, but have to ask anyway so I can stop making myself sick!

Item: Denim Sac Fermoir

I passed up a Denim Sac Fermoir at a thrift store (it was $25, but they are SO clueless there so price means nothing) because the ball closure felt plasticky and the letters on the front snaps were spaced differently than I'm used to seeing. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE tell me that those balls would NOT feel light like plastic!! I keep thinking should have bought the stupid thing just in case.
