The date code is on a leather tag in the lining of the inside pocket, I'm not able to get a very clear picture of it, but it reads: SD1924.

I'm not very good with damier but I believe the heatstamp in this should be red shouldn't it? Or maybe it;s different with the MM - just to mess with our minds!

All these look good (authentic) to me. I'd have to see them in person to give you a 100% reading but it is at 95% (the other 5% would be from touching it). I have a million and one designer bags and I use to be employed by a designer house (i.e Prada, LV, Chanel, etc). Plus, if you do buy any of these and go to your local LV and they will GLADLY authenticate for you. Just make sure you got to a seasoned Sales Associate or a manager (that's been there for a long time). If they tell you it's fake authenticate it via mypoupette in writing and eBay will take it back for you. Please let me know if you had any other questions.

Furthermore - no one is authorized to sell LV other than LV -- so if you EVER see a site claiming to be selling new LV for less - it's fake =)

? Just to clarify LV stores do not authenticate. You may get lucky and the manager may be able to take the time to look at your bag for you and give an opinion but authentication is not a service they offer and they are discouraged from doing so.

Your purse looks authentic to me, and I'm about 98% sure. The lock looks a bit off though and I'd have to hold it tell you if it's authentic but the purse looks great.

Oh, let me clarify my use of "authenticate." LV stores will tell you orally but will not put it into writing. In my experience, if you wish for an "authentication" please DO NOT GO on the weekend but rather M-Thursday and on their off peak hours (early morning or right after lunch and dinner time).
