We need clear closeups of the choo interior label and the bottoms of both of these. I am pretty sure the purple flats are authentic, although they did not retail for that much...mine were $295 and I have worn them lots and they still look like they have never been worn as you can clean the bottoms so they seller may be stretching the truth. I have them in gold...but we really need these pics to be sure.

I cannot see the auction because it was removed by eBay. However, If there is not a Jimmy Choo stamp on the sole, then they are most likely fake. I would instruct the buyer to return them and offer a full refund. If possible, contact the person who sold them to you and try to get your money back.

Hi, Thanks for your message i have spoken to the seller but she is refusing a refund as she said she bought them off someone who is trustworthy. Paypal have said i must get something written on letterheaded paper from a department store to legitimise my claim within ten days i just dont see how this is possible.

I am so sorry to hear about your boots :sad: What I would recommend if you paid via Paypal with a credit card is to dispute the charge with your CC company. They will be a lot easier to work with and then should you be able to get someone at a Department Store (often times a Business Card will work) or a Choo Boutique, than you can submit it as additional back up material. I will keep my fingers crossed:tup:

Are you the buyer or the seller? Can you post some pics of the shoes including the bottom. I have several pairs where the choo name on the bottom is missing cause I walked it off. How old are these boots?

Im the buyer as i bought them and they were too big so i listed them and the buyer said they were fake so i issued a refund and now i am trying to get my money off the person i bought them off originally. The name has not worn off the shoes havent been worn that much i will post pics asap so that you can have a look i have also written to jimmy choo about them to see if they can have a look.

I would love to see pics of these. I will say that I have a couple of old pairs of Choo shoes where the interior name tag was not sewn in, just inserted and it is some kind of sticky tag. I know they are authentic cause I bought them from a Choo boutique. They both have the Choo name on the bottom of the sole, tho.
