Oh dear I have a bad feeling about this...

Okay here's the care tag again

And here's the center of the scarf (note: the picture makes it look pink-ish but it's actually red)

I just don't know. I wish the pictures were clear. Don't like the tag or how it's sewn. What is that black thread through it? What are the measurements? I don't know what to do here. I don't feel good about it. Maybe DDC will come back with some thoughts or one of our silent knowledgeable people.

Regarding the Red A Cheval ...

I vote kinda REAL maybe from the original issue which was red with a gold contrast hem - the gold hem does show in the pix, the caretag is sewn on in gold thread

The black thread - who knows what that is ??? holds a the sales tag ???

But yes, the photos are muddy, and not terribly clear ...

I am a little bit uncomfortable saying too much more about a purchase already made that someone has an emotional investment in ... asking ahead of time is a good idea ...

The black thread you see next to the care tag is a card Vestiaire Collective attached in case I wanted to return it.

Frankly I'd rather know if it was real or fake... Right now I can't wear it and my window to depose a reclamation will soon be over...

(I'm sorry about picture quality, I took them with my iPad as I don't own a camera, and I don't want to flood the thread). Thanks to everyone who takes a moment to tell me what they think of this scarf !

So what's your opinion ?

Item: H PARIS VINTAGE RED DESIGNER DRESS - MADE IN ITALY - M
Listing: 161049408066
Seller: anna*exclusive

We authenticate scarves in this thread. Scarves are almost never Made in Italy, although there are some (for instance, Sellier jacquard from a few years ago). As far as this dress goes, I am not 100% certain, but the labels look good, and it appears to be a sale item (see "S" stamp on care tag).
