We authenticate scarves in this thread. I don't know where you can post this request, but my guess is not on TPF since items need to be part of a live auction or listing.

Hi all. I was hoping you’d lend your trained eyes for a moment. I bought these from a local consignment boutique and didn’t second guess their authenticity until one of my wife’s friends saw them sitting in our dressing room and made a comment that they looked “off”. I get the “if you like them; wear them” argument, however I think high end counterfeiting is despicable and won’t support it wherever possible. Plus, I’d like to give the buyer at the boutique “that I frequent” a heads up.

I think I posted this properly in the correct spot and I appreciate any insight you can lend.

Please read post number one of this thread. We authenticate scarves in live auctions/listings, not after purchase.

I believe this is authentic, that it is called Parcours de Golf and is a 1956 scarf. It may have been designed by Godemer, although at one point Hermes said they didn't know who designed it.

Next time, please follow the format in post #1 so that the Seller name and location is in the post.
