Hello, I'm looking for an authentic Hommage a Mozart and discovered the listing below. My concern: when I was searching this forum, I discovered another listing by the exact same seller for a "never worn"/like new scarf, same design, same colorway. That scarf was considered authentic. Now I'm wondering how that seller is selling another one, two years later. Is it a coincidence or are they selling knockoffs?

My wife and I went to Salzburg just in Sept and was chatting with the SA at Hermes Salzburg and the SA mentioned about Hermes made a scarf celebrating Mozart. That's why I was very excited to try to find one for me wife.

I bought it on Ebay and it is being shipped. I didn't know that there are so many fakes out there and NOW I have regrets buying it. I will be receiving the scarf tomorrow as a gift for my wife. Please help me authenticate this as I'm a newbie in scarfs. Thanks so much!

Thoughts?

Sellers exist, which can offer more than one authentic item of a certain design/ colorway. I cannot open the first listing, but what I see in the current listing, is authentic.

I found a different scarf listing that I am hoping might be more promising, since I'm getting a bad feeling about the other seller.

Item: Hermes Mozart in Salzburg
Listing: 251210493850
Seller: gabbaloo

Thank you so much for your help!

this is also authentic and you may wish to consider to be a bit more careful when it comes to voicing opinions about sellers unless you have made your own experience and have cause to do so (and then there are other places to do so).

Thank you very much for looking at both listings. I appreciate your time and apologize if I said something offensive. I was fearful of making a mistake and buying a counterfeit and thought bringing up the identical item might make a difference somehow. I really wasn't trying to pass judgement.

And this one, please. :) I have searched the forums, but don't see any mention of this seller through her website or through her sales on ebay. Just want to make sure it's all okay.
