i got an email from seller, i asked to cancel transaction and she said it is not problem but the bag is authentic and wrote this

The pics are horrible. Post 1 on this thread tells you what you pics will need to ask for from the seller if you want to repost, but honestly, I don't believe this is an authentic bag.

What I said is that the bag is very badly beat up for an eight month old bag. She is charging not that much less than what she paid. For that money you could get something in much better shape. And maybe it's the quality of the photos, but I am not fully convinced, based on what I've seen, that it's authentic either.

Since it appears you went ahead and bought the bag, and it's a mess, take it to Hermes and ask them to repair the corners and see what they say.

I did not comment about this bag because I was not sure.
If I were that seller, I would first take that bag for a service, and then , when it is back, I would list it on ebay. That would cut any discussion about authenticity, and about condition. And that would allow the seller to offer it at a higher price. I still wonder why they did not do that in the fisrt place.
