Hi experts!
I bought a
Fendi Zucca Mama Baguette that was donated to a charity sale. I've been doing some research to see if it's authentic. All the replica bags I've ever seen were obviously lower quality -- are they making replicas these days that seem very high quality? This bag has immaculate stitching, perfect symmetry when folded flat, the little "
Fendi" embroidery in the lining, and flat head screws that are perfectly aligned.
There's no hologram, but I don't know how old the purse is. The serial number is inside the pocket opposite the leather
Fendi tag -- 2348-26325-008. I found a post on this thread from 7/21/06 that said "I have noticed that authentic serial number posted on the material inside the pocket has dashes like this 2348-26325-008". Does this mean that's an authentic serial number?
Does anyone know where I can see good close-up pictures of an authentic one? The Fendi website pics aren't helpful. I would have to drive 3 hours to the nearest Fendi retailer to compare in person.
I can't find my camera cable right now, so I can't post pics, but I can tomorrow if needed. Can anyone tell me anything based on this information?
