The red stripes do have Fendi printed on them in a few places but I couldn't for the life of me capture it in the pics.

Hi everyone!!

I am new to this site, and was unable to find the answer to my question ANYWHERE!! I hope someone is able to help me out!

I just purchased a fendi zucca bag from someone and it is in immaculate condition. She said she purchased it in 2000 and it seems to appear in excellent shape. No tears, scratches, smells etc... All the stitching is the same, the name is engraved in the gold hardware...

the only problem I have with it is that it doesn't seem to have a serial number, or I can't seem to find it! I've looked for it everywhere, and was wondering if the older bags did not have a serial number or a tag on the inside. The dust bag also came with it and it is yellow with black lettering and a pull string with gold cubes on the ends with the engraved fendi symbol..can anyone tell me if this sounds right?

I also had the seller meet me at Holt Renfrew at the Fendi boutique in order to have someone authenticate it and apparently because the purse was not purchased at that exact location, the representative would not be responsible for giving her professional opinion on the matter.

Could someone tell me what kind of Fendi zucca bag this is and whether or not it is real?
