No, thank you for taking the time to look. I know, I agree! The end of the tag serial number states 04A, so it that 2004 Autumn? Did they use holograms on scarves back then?

I don't think they use holograms on scarves at all, that is why it is hard for us to authenticate accessories...

Would need to see clear, close up pics of the hologram and leather serial strip...if the seller is not willing to give them to you, then I would pass, as I already have some suspicions about this bag...

i have a new fendi scarf i recently purchased from Saks, bad me, i haven't openned the box yet , the box looks so pretty and i wanted to take a pic before i looked at it.

i will let you know if it has a halogram tag on it. the pic from Saks is in my album like

Apparently the hologram has peeled off.

Without a serial number it's very hard to tell...I have never seen a bag like this before...and there are a few things that don't look right to me, but I am not an expert on vintage bags... baglady.1 knows a lot more about vintage...but is away until Feb 16th...if you like, you can repost then for her... sorry...
