Rut Roh! something may be wrong here....Your pics of the hologram tag aren't very clear, can you read the code on the tag & on the leather serial # strip and let me know what they are? Also if you can get clear pics of both those items, clear enough for us to see the numbers/letters & fonts.

Just an fyi....somethings about this bag are not right....pretty sure it is a replica bag.

Sorry for the bad pics. I can get better ones in the morning if need be. Is there supposed to be a stamp or hollogram? where would it be? here is what I have..

:wtf: A replica??? This is a total surprise to me!! Oh dear.... oh dear.... And I thought that I was getting better at distinguishing the real deal from replicas... sigh....

Well, keeping an open mind here.

I have requested from seller a clearer close up picture of the hologram and leather strip.

She did indicate earlier that the leather strip serial number is 2373-8BN155-TB4-059.

What is the code under the hologram on the black cloth tag? I have owned many selleria bags including this style & several things are really off on this one.

It may not be a real bag. I have never seen this pattern from the 1980s on a verified authentic FENDI...just curious, what gave you the 1980s time line/season? Also, what is the interior lining made of?
What gets me most concerned is that it copycats the LV Damier line....frequently have seen the LV mirror image bags with FENDI on them that are not real.

There are older FENDI bags that do not have the serial #, but somehow I don't feel that this one falls into that category. Also, if no serial #, I cannot give an opinion for you if it real or not, unfortunately.
