It looks like authentic spy from 2005 season, but you might want to verify if the clasp works properly on the spy pouch/compartment. It should clasp properly & hold its place.Here are more pictures...

#1 - It's of our opinion here that Fendi would never leave the interior of a bag unlined like this one, so I would have to say that this one is no good...
