Hello to all experts on Fendi!
Does www.designeroutletboutique.com sell authentic Fendi? Purchased one (Fendi Spy Bag) from them, and it seems fake. Does serial number 2578-8BR511RRU-058 seem right? The hologram seems to be peeled off (just some glue left on the tag where hologram usually is; the tag itself looks ok). It was supposed to be my first Fendi, and I think I got scammed!

No, I'm sorry, you have been scammed! It's most definitely a fake!

Thanks a lot! That is what I thougt, but I guess it was hard to admit it to myself, so I needed a confirmation! I can return this bag (at my own cost of course), but fortunately, I paid through PayPal (just in case), so I am filing a claim instead.
What I don't understand is that these guys have '100% authentic' guarantee motto written on each page and still sell fakes!!! Isn't this illegal?! Is there anywhere they can be reported? :confused1:

I found this bag for sale for $600, which leads me to believe it's fake. It is on a swapping website so there is no "auction" per say.

I asked for close up pictures of the serial number and was sent this photo along with the a pic of the outside of the bag. and a few others. I haven't gotten a picture of the hologram tag yet.

Does this serial number mean anything to anyone?

That sounds about right, but it also depends on what condition it's in. Can you post the link again?
I got antsy and went ahead and bid the $900. Soooo the link would not work at this point. Litigatrix had said it looked fine, and the pics seem to back up the description. It's cognac brown, and the number was 230338540275. I have always carried LV bought at their stores, so this is all scary! There is a bit of an issue as I want top pay through Pay Pal with Amex, which she currently does not accept. I like the added layer of protection with Amex, so we shall see!! Many thanks ladies. This is my first try at buying on E-Bay, so I'm hoping for the best!
