Thanks so much! You are seriously very helpful. I was wondering if you have ever seen this seller name before? The reason I'm inquiring is because i really would like one of the gucci bags she/he has listed but the Gucci forum is being slow to reply to a request to authenticate one of the bags.

So i was just hoping maybe you had seen the seller name before and recognized it has a "trusted seller"?

#1 is authentic, please note the red dye smudging will not be removable IMO.
#2 - need pic of serial # imprinted on pocket, lining or tag. ;)

The bag looks like it may have been exposed to moisture, improperly stored or something that caused the red dye in the braided edging & handles bleed onto the cream coated leather of the bag. I had this bag in my collection and had no problem with mine, but did handle it with care, so suspect some sort of adverse exposure occured to this one. Here is what mine looked like:

That is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! I have been looking for a spy for about 4 years now...i seriously can't afford any that i find and like! I did rent one once, from the bag borrow and steal. It was such heartbreak to send it back :(

I was hoping to see if someone would be able to give me a thumbs up or down on the authenticity of this bag. I hope the pictures are clear enough, i was having trouble with the serial number pic. The serial number reads: 2258-8BR551-MTG-078. its def. old and worn. "FENDI" in vertical print is stamped or sewn inside the inside sheat about 5 times
